Fathom SEO is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Paid Search Specialist. This position requires a go-getter attitude, as there is plenty of autonomy, growth opportunity and room for advancement. Your day-to-day responsibilities in this full-time position would include:
• Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns
• Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations
• Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
• Compose and test ad copy to produce optimal click-thru rates
• Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-thru and conversion rates

Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred), but professional Internet, marketing or computer experience may be accepted
• Experience with web analytics (Web Trends, Google analytics, etc.) a plus
• Candidates should be flexible and proficient at following directions from an Account Executive
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple people and projects
